TERMS & CONDITIONS Terms and Conditions for University Ticket Events By purchasing a ticket from our company for a university ticket event, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time indicated on the ticket. Tickets cannot be used for any other event or for entry at a different time. Age Restrictions: Some events may have age restrictions. Attendees must be of the specified age or older to enter the event. Proof of age may be required. Prohibited Items: Certain items, such as weapons, illegal substances, and large bags, may not be permitted into the event. Security personnel may inspect bags and belongings at the entrance. Event Cancellations and Postponements: In case of event cancellation or postponement, ticket holders will be notified via email and/or phone. Refunds or alternative arrangements will be provided in accordance with our refund policy. Assumption of Risk: Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event, including but not limited to injury, loss of property, and exposure to communicable diseases. The event organizer and venue are not responsible for any accidents or incidents that may occur. Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner. Any disruptive or unruly behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund. Privacy Policy: The event organizer will collect and use personal information provided by attendees in accordance with our privacy policy. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country in which the event is held. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the event organizer and the ticket holder and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications or representations.
